Abuja Life Lately 5: Taking Stock

Hi guys! Good evening :) I trust your weekend is going well. I finally got better, thus this post(the doctor said something about a vitamin deficiency). Y'all probably thought I pulled a now you see me, now you don't stunt on you again.
My life constantly evolving for the best, and I'm adapting quicker than I ever imagined I would.

I've decided to keep this post here as a reminder that I'm human, and things do happen.

Before we continue, I want to say a big thank you to Blogaratti, and Gail for checking in on me.

Saturdays are for taking stock. Remember the first one? Ha! If you haven't seen it, you can read up here.

I am:

Learning: to apply the "if they don't know you personally, don't take it personal" mantra.

Embracing: my new office. I got redeployed to the legal unit of my office, how great is my God! I'm finally doing something I studied in school.

Decided: to stop judging myself harshly.

Learnt: in God's time, he makes everything perfect, and beautiful.

Back to: binge watching cartoons. It's so bad, I watch Disney Junior. Come through Sophia the First, Jake and the Neverland Pirates, Calimero and Doc Mcstuffins (I even sing along). Hahaha my future children are in for it! *InsertHandinFaceEmoji*

Still Loving: "the Dressmaker" movie. Kate Winslet and the other cast nailed it. I love it because I can totally relate to being picked upon, and falsely accused of something I had no hand in, before God vindicated me.

Happy: @lilyofnigeria has picked up.

Grateful: for all the love and support you all keep showing.

Listening: to songs from my Spirit Album. Courtesy of Nathaniel Bassey's Jesus Christ inspired HallelujahChallenge. 

Drinking: my homemade Ginger and Green Tea(your girl has indigestion yo).

Wanting: to travel to Panya, aka Malabo in Equatorial Guinea.

Needing: a high tech functional tablet.

Looking: for my timetable and vitamin B supplement.

Missing: my Mommy.

Loving: the thought of exploring Nigeria as a tourist.

Knowing: that forgiving one girl that shamelessly bullied me in High School was the best thing to do.

Reading: the Universal Declaration of Human Rights(UDHR) adopted by the UN General Assembly on the 10th day of December 1948.

Hoping: to learn how to use Snapseed.

Praying: for Lagosians living on the Island and waterlogged areas. May God come to your aid (I heard it's been raining non stop for more than 7 days).

Can't Wait: to go for Mass tomorrow.

About: to call it a night.
